A real person reads every message. It helps to say which device you’re on (iPhone, iPad or the web app), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot is always welcome.
Sharing lists with your household
Open Household settings (on iPhone, tap your name at the bottom of the side menu) and invite the people you shop with. Everyone who joins can see and edit the household’s lists, and changes show up on their devices as they happen. An invitation link works for anyone who has it until it expires, so send it only to the people you mean to.
Sending a list to someone at the store
Open the list’s ⋯ menu and choose Share list… to make a “Need anything?” link that expires on its own. Whoever has it can see that list and check things off without an account, and you can revoke it from the list’s Sharing at any time.
Getting back something you deleted
Deleted items go to Recently deleted, in the list’s ⋯ menu, and stay there for 30 days. Restore them from there before they’re removed for good.
Using Wren without a signal
Keep adding and checking off items in a store with no reception. Wren saves your changes on your phone and syncs them as soon as you’re back online.
Signing out of a lost device
In Settings, choose Sign out everywhere to end every session on every device. If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us at [email protected] too.
Deleting your account
Choose Delete Account in Settings, or write to us and we’ll do it for you. If you’re the only member of your household, its lists are deleted with you; lists in a household you share stay with the other members. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
Reporting a security problem
If you’ve found a way into data that isn’t yours, please email [email protected] with the details before sharing them anywhere else. We’ll look into it straight away.
